郭孝城，1978年10月出生，博士。2006年至2008年中國科學院空間科學與套用研究中心在站博士後；2008年留所工作至今；2011年1月起在美國阿拉巴馬大學Huntsville分校物理系訪問研究。目前主持國家自然科學面上項目和青年基金項目各一項，參與國家自然科學基金重點基金一項。已在國內外SCI核心期刊上發表論文15篇。
