郭占雲

郭占雲,1972年生,河北灤南人,中國科學院上海生物化學研究所博士,現任同濟大學生命科學與技術學院教授,博士生導師。

人物經歷

1996年畢業於吉林大學分子生物學系,獲學士學位。因成績優異,同年免試進入中國科學院上海生物化學研究所攻讀博士學 位,在馮佑民研究員實驗室從事胰島素超家族多肽研究。2001年8月獲生物化學與分子生物學博士學位。2001-2003年在生物化學與細胞生物學研究所 工作,歷任助理研究員和副研究員。2003年9月到美國Dartmouth College醫學院生物化學系從事博士後研究,主要研究膽固醇酯合酶1(ACAT1)結構與功能。2006年底回國到同濟大學蛋白質研究所工作。已在J Biol Chem, Biochemistry, Protein Science等國內外知名科技期刊上以第一作者(含共同第一作者)或通訊作者(含共同通訊作者)發表SCI論文近30篇。目前作為項目(課題)負責人正 主持國家自然科學基金面上項目2項;國家“重大新藥創製”科技重大專項(候選藥物)1項;國家重點基礎研究發展計畫(973)課題一項。
