1)針對以二代測序技術為基礎的生成的高通量生物數據為主,開發統計及計算模型的開發 2)結合生物實驗結果,解析轉錄因子和染色質結構調控蛋白的作用機制。以研究在待定生物過程中基因調控機制的動態性。 |
