個人經歷
2003年取得復旦大學神經生物學博士學位，畢業後留校工作，開展腦缺血損傷後腦保護及神經再生機制研究，
2006年加入睡眠與失眠機制研究課題組。多次短期赴日本大阪生命科學研究院進修睡眠研究，
2008年9月以國家公派訪問學者身份赴哈佛醫學院貝斯以色列女執事醫療中心神經科進行為期一年的學習和工作，合作開展了基底神經節在睡眠-覺醒調節中的作用研究，率先發現與運動、情感和認知功能密切相關的基底神經節是調控睡眠-覺醒的重要神經結構，並提出皮層-紋狀體-蒼白球是調節睡眠-覺醒行為的重要神經環路。
2014年及2016年分別再次應邀前往開展合作研究，發現基底神經節中來自黒質的多巴胺具有促睡眠的功能，挑戰了以往認為多巴胺是覺醒相關遞質的觀點。

榮譽獎項
自工作以來，已主持完成國家自然科學基金青年基金項目、國家自然科學基金、上海市自然科學基金及日中醫學協會共同研究助成金各一項；獲得國家留學回國人員科研啟動基金，目前正主持一項國家自然科學基金面上項目。
