個人簡介
邱旦峰,現任南京航空航天大學電子信息工程學院/積體電路學院副教授、碩士生導師。本科畢業於南京大學,2012年獲得南京大學微電子學與固體電子學博士學位。
長期從事新型智納器件材料、積體電路設計的教學和科研工作,主要研究方向:
(1)新型智納器件研究:面向後摩爾時代新型智慧型納米材料器件研究;
(2)積體電路設計、高密度及可靠性新型晶片封裝技術;
(3)動力電池管理設計及系統研究(BMS)。
任職以來,已主持01專項“核高基”課題、教育部重點實驗室課題、中央高校基本科研業務費項目等6項課題,參與國家重點研發計畫、國家自然科學基金海外項目、GF科研項目多項。並RSC Advances、Materials Letters、以及J Solid State Electrochem等積體電路設計著名期刊和會議發表多篇論文,被他引一百餘次。
