邱保勝，1972年4月出生，華中師範大學教授、博士生導師、生命科學學院院長。中華全國青年聯合會第十屆委員會委員，教育部新世紀優秀人才支持計畫、湖北省自然科學基金青年傑出人才計畫、廣東省科學技術獎二等獎（第二完成人）獲得者。主要研究領域為藍藻（念珠藻、微囊藻和聚球藻）的光合生理與分子生物學、超積累植物的植物絡合素合成與功能。
