摘要 | 廣東鼎湖山保護區內的大型翰菌比較豐富和複雜. 本文報導該地區有關多孔菌科的4個新種和14個新記錄, 其中小多孔菌 Polyporus minor Bi et G.Y. Zheng sp. Nov.近蓮座多孔菌 Polyporus subfloriformis Bi et Zheng sp. nov. 近軟多孔菌 Polyporus submollis Bo et Zheng sp. nov. 和近多年生多孔菌 Polyporus subperennis Bi et Zheng sp. nov. 等為新種. |
Abstract | A new species, Penicillium resinae sp. nov. is reported in this paper. Colonies on Czaped's agar growing very restrictedly, with central area raised, showing aerial ropes of hyphae;conidial are in dark olive shades,colony margins irregular, chaeateized by the presence of stolonlike aerial huphae which re-entered the substratum beyond the limits of the submerged vegtative mycelium;reverse unclored;penicilli biverticillateand symmetrical but with monoverticillate structures amd additional branches occurred;conidiophores aeising mainly at right angles from funiculose hyphae, often very short, metulae compactly arranged,phialides not chaeacteristically lanceolate but somewhat tapered abruptly to narrow-conidium bearing tubes, conidia globose to subglobose, tuberculate;conidial chains in short columns with tips somewhat pyramidal or divergent. This species on account of the structure of the penicilli and the texture of its colonies, is to be classified in the Penicillium funiculosum series, Biverticillata-Symmat-rica, near Penicillium piceum Raper et Fennell.However, it differs markedly from the latter in rate of growth and in the characters of its conidia as well as in the presence of stolonlike aeria hyphae. Moreover, it was found to be sufficiently different from otherspecies of the genus described so far. Therefore, it is described and proposed as a new species. The fungus was isolated from the resins of Euclayptus terticornis Smith and hence the specific epithet. Thetype specimen HMAS 42799 as well as living culturae AS3.4387 have been deposited in the Institute of Micriology, Academia Sinica, Beijing, China. |
