Mr. Lu, Lin is the President and the board member of Shanghai Cura Investment & Management Co., LTD. (Cura Investment). He has been involved in all phases of the firm’s development since 2004, and has more than three decades of experience in financing, analyzing and investing in China. Prior to joining Cura Investment, Mr. Lu had served as a senior officer in Chinese Central Government and two publicly listed companies.
Curafund is a leading China real estate funds with currently more than RMB 20 billion AUM and a historic aggregate investment of RMB 40 billion. Curafund has received "The Most Powerful Real Estate Fund in China", "Top 10 Real Estate Fund in China" and "The Best Real Estate Fund Manager in China" awards in successive years. Mr. Lu has played a key role in establishing over 30 real estate funds, spanning various real estate asset classes.
During his stewardship, Cura Investment has attained the designation of “Qualified Fund Manager” from major China banks and financial Institutions, such as Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC), China Merchants Bank (CMB), China Minsheng Bank (CMBC), AVIC Trust and China Foreign Economy and Trade Trust (FOTIC), etc.
Mr. Lu is the member of China Wealth Management Forum 50, the Chairman of the Shanghai Private Equity Association Real Estate Investment Chapter and the board member of the CCTV Security Information Channel. He earned his PhD in Economics from Fudan University.
