曾用名：路進生，1964年2月生，男，河南省濮陽市南樂縣元村鎮漲汪村人，工學碩士，註冊化工工程師，教授級高級工程師。現任惠生工程（中國）有限公司教授級高級工藝工程師、工藝技術副總監、技術審定人，上海市工程師學會會員，上海市石油學會會員，中國石油和化工勘察設計協會技術專家。1982年9月考入河南師範大學化學系，1986年7月畢業，獲理學學士學位，被分配到濮陽師範學校任教，任助理講師。1988年9月考入華東化工學院（現華東理工大學）有機化工專業（石油加工），師從設計大師陳俊武院士，並得到翁惠新教授等人的悉心指導，1991年7月畢業，獲工學碩士學位，被分配到中國石化洛陽石油化工工程公司做工藝設計。1992年1月被評為助理工程師，1994年12月被評為工程師。1995年7月被選入洛陽中青年科技人才庫，1997年10月加入河南省石油學會。1998年6月被《當代中國科學家與發明家大辭典》收錄，12月被《世界文化名人辭海》收錄，並獲得世界文化名人金像獎評審會、中國國際名人院評審委員會、中國國際名人協會評審委員會和北京市名人文化研究中心聯合授予的世界文化名人成就獎。1999年10月被《中國專家人才庫》收錄，11月被評為高級工程師。2000年被《中國當代科技專家大典》收錄。

2006年4月到上海工程化學設計院有限公司工作，任高級工藝工程師、副總工程師、專家委員會技術委員會委員，主要負責技術審定、技術評審、對外技術交流等，2006年9月通過全國註冊化工工程師的考試，取得相應執業資格，2007年9月加入上海市工程師學會，2008年4月入選中國石油和化工勘察設計協會技術專家。
2010年4月到惠生工程（中國）有限公司工作，任教授級高級工藝工程師和工藝技術副總監，6月和煉油技術總監陳兆然先生一起申請成立煉油工程設計籌備組，12月通過教授級高級工程師的資格評審，併入選惠生工程（中國）有限公司專家庫，2011年1月獲得惠生工程（中國）有限公司質量、健康、安全、環境綜合管理體系（QHSE）內審員資格，並完成註冊化工工程師的初次註冊，獲得相應的執業證書和印章，4月獲得技術審定人資格，6月任設計中心技術核心組煉油組長，9月加入上海市石油學會，12月任工藝技術副總監，參與公司技術評審、標準修訂、招聘面試及命題、內部培訓、外部交流、設計質量審查等。
自從1991年參加過一百多個石油化工項目的工程設計，涉及催化重整、芳烴抽提、汽油加氫、PX（對二甲苯）、合成氣、山梨醇、雙氧水、偏二氯乙烯、丙烯酸及酯、二甲醚、環氧乙烷、聚氯乙烯、燒鹼、粗苯加氫、煤焦油加氫、苯胺、二苯基甲烷二異氰酸酯（MDI）等項目，擔任工藝專業負責人、技術審核人、技術審定人、項目經理等，多數已經順利投產，為企業贏得良好的經濟效益和社會效益，經常受到業主和同行專家的好評。這些項目的業主有中國石化、中國石油、巴斯夫、拜耳、歐萊雅、德斯達、阿科瑪、諾貝爾等。1995年1月主持了鎮海煉油化工股份有限公司400kt/a芳烴抽提裝置的工程設計，為裝置負責人。該項目是當時國內規模最大的芳烴抽提裝置。於1997年1月投產，產品質量達到或超過國家優級品標準及國際標準，部分產品已銷往國際市場，受到用戶的好評。2008年3月獲得洛陽石油化工工程公司優秀工程設計一等獎，8月獲得中國石化集團公司三等獎。擅長解決石油化工工藝及工程方面的實際問題。
申請國家發明專利一項《ZL99101697：一種芳烴抽提工藝》，2004年獲得國家知識產權局授權。發表論文30餘篇，主要發表在《石油化工安全技術》、《石油化工腐蝕與防護》、《石油化工設計》、《煉油設計》、《催化重整通訊》、《乙烯工業》、《石油化工環境保護》、《化工科技市場》、《煉油技術與工程》、《煤化工》、《能源技術》、《化工催化劑及甲醇技術》、《上海化工》、《石化技術》等十餘種期刊。其中《如何提高芳烴抽提裝置的產品質量》於1998年3月入編《最新科技成果信息評價》，並獲得中國華城信息網路科技信息研究中心授予的科技成果二等獎，於1998年9月25日被收入《當代領導者管理藝術叢書》，並被該書編委授予優秀論文二等獎；於1998年12月收入《跨世紀的中國石油天然氣產業》一書。《芳烴抽提裝置中篩板抽提塔的工藝設計》於1997年11月3日被美國《化學文摘》摘錄，並於1998年12月被收入《跨世紀的中國石油天然氣產業》，1999年4月被收入《世界學術文庫》。《降低芳烴抽提裝置能耗的探討》於2000年10月28日在北京第四屆中國現代精英文庫代表作大會上，被北京精英文化發展中心授予優秀論文一等獎。2010年10月被《精細石油化工》編輯部聘為特邀編委，2011年2月被《當代化工》編輯部聘為特約編委。

The clients of these projects are China Petrochemical、China Petroleum、BASF、Bayer、L’OREAL、DyStar、Arkema、AKZO NOBEL and so on. Took charge 400kt/a Aromatics Extraction unit’s engineering design of Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Ltd. Company in January 1995, was unit leader. The project was the biggest capacity’s Aromatics Extraction unit in China then. It put into production in January 1997, the product quality reached or exceeded state excellent product standard and international standard, part of product was sold to international market, got praise from client. Won LPEC’s excellent engineering design first grade award in March 1998, Won SINOPEC’s excellent engineering design third grade award in August 1998. Good at solving petrochemical process and engineering aspect practical problem.
Applied for one national invention patent《ZL99101697：one sort of aromatics extraction process》, got national intellectual property rights bureau’s authorization in 2004.
