人物經歷
本科於2006年畢業於吉林大學電子科學與工程學院微電子學系專業;分別於2008年和2011年在吉林大學電子科學與工程學院微電子學與固體電子學獲得碩士和博士學位。並於2011年7月以講師身份留校任教,2015年9月30日評為副教授。2016年12月至2017年12月期間作為國家公派訪問學者在美國紐約州倫斯勒理工學院(RPI)套用物理與宇航系進行學習交流。
