人物經歷
2005-2008年就讀於中國農業大學生命科學試驗班並獲得學士學位。
2008-2013年就讀於清華大學生命科學學院並獲得博士學位。
2013-2015年於清華-北大生命科學聯合中心進行博士後研究。
2015-2017年於美國辛辛那提兒童醫院醫學中心從事博士後研究。
2017-2023年任復旦大學生命科學學院研究員、長聘研究員、PI、博士生導師。
2023年至今任南昌大學研究員、類器官研究院執行院長。
研究方向
研究成體幹細胞命運決定機制,發展類器官培育新策略。以第一/通訊作者身份於國際權威期刊 Cell Research、Nature Communications、Advanced Science、Protein & Cell、Developmental Cell 等發表系列性研究論文,為再生生物學和類器官技術發展提供重要基礎。代表性研究成果獲 Nature News 專訪報導、Nature 官網主頁高亮,獲國際權威綜述期刊 Nature Reviews Molecular Cell Biology、NatureReviews Gastroenterology & Hepatology 等高度評價。
主要成就
2018年創立復旦大學類器官中心;2021年創立伯楨生物;2023年創立南昌大學類器官研究院。致力於推進類器官技術標準化和產業轉化,開拓醫藥套用新場景。主編或參編“十四五”國家重點研發、國家博士後創新創業、上海市重點、廣東省重點等多個省部級以上類器官重點專項項目指南;作為中國細胞生物學學會標準工作委員會委員,牽頭制定多項類器官相關標準及培養規範;主筆類器官質量控制中國專家共識;主辦中國細胞生物學學會年度類器官大會;促進藥審藥評鼓勵意見出台。多維度打造類器官產業轉化和醫藥套用行業新生態。
