賈積有，1969年生於河南獲嘉縣。北京大學1991屆電子學系理學學士，1994屆高教所教育碩士，2004年德國奧格斯堡大學哲學博士。

綜述

1994年至2000年為北京大學電教中心助教、講師，期間曾任計算機教研室主任、代主任。1997至1998年德國柏林自由大學計算機研究所訪問學者。2000年至2004年考取國家公派，受德國阿登那基金會資助在奧格斯堡大學跨學科計算機研究所攻讀博士學位，導師為所長克勞斯·邁因策爾教授（《複雜性中的思維》（Thinking in Complexity）的原作者）。2004年底回國，現為北京大學教育學院教育技術系講師。 本科、研究生期間即和導師合作，發表多篇EI/SCI/ISTP索引論文。博士論文(340頁)在德國出版後不久就在多家大學圖書館上架，並被一些教師指定為教學參考書。曾參與國家自然科學基金、九五科研攻關、211工程建設等國內重大科研項目和與西門子公司、本田公司等的國際合作項目，並負責其中若干子項目的組織管理工作。多次獲得北京大學和全國性專業學會的表彰獎勵。

國內第一家英語聊天機器人網站的系統設計者，將自然語言處理等人工智慧最新技術套用到外語教學的積極倡導者和實踐者。研究興趣：教育技術、信息教育、人工智慧（人工神經網路、自然語言處理、AGENT技術）
