賈晨,博士,高級工程師,項目技術負責人。賈晨博士於2010年1月畢業於清華大學微電子學研究所,獲得電子科學與技術專業博士學位。已有15年以上的積體電路設計經驗和管理經驗。主持、負責和參與了核高基項目1項、973項目2項、863項目2項、自然科學基金項目1項、電子發展基金項目1項和企業合作項目2項、深圳市技術攻關項目1項。在模擬積體電路領域發表文章46篇,受邀出版英文專著1部。其主要研究方向為顯示驅動電路、高速串列接口電路和電源管理電路。

人物簡介

在企業自籌項目中,帶領團隊完成了一款480X800 AMOLED顯示驅動晶片的設計,已經順利通過客戶的中試線驗證。在電子發展基金項目中,作為技術負責人,帶領團隊完成了兩款PMOLED顯示驅動晶片的設計,一款是65K色96列*64行的彩色OLED顯示驅動晶片,另一款是64級灰度132列*64行的灰度OLED顯示驅動晶片。
