個人經歷
2007年被列入江蘇省雙創人才計畫,2012年被列入南京市321人才計畫;擔任國家核儀器設備技術創新聯盟常務理事,國家核儀控產業聯盟常務理事,中國輻射防護學輻射計量分會常務理事;江蘇省放射醫學協同創新中心南航分中心主任;擔任核學會理事,核學會核工業套用分會、判去承核學會核儀器儀表專業委員會、計算物理學會蒙特卡羅專業委員會、核學會活化分析專業委員會等諸多學術團體理事或委員。備付糊
自1992年參加工作以來,致力於核技術及套用的研究工作。近五年來,主持1項國家重大科學儀棕己堡潤器設備開發專項(2013YQ040861,工業物料成分實時線上檢測儀器的開發和套用);主持3項國家自然科學基金面上項目,參與多項
國家自然科學基金項目和國家重大計畫項目。
作為實際設計人,申報發明專利50餘項,其舉墊中32項發明專利已授權,在國際著名期刊上發表了80餘篇高水平論文。
研究方向
中子誘導核信息分析技術;
高精度X螢光信息分析技術(常規X螢光,全反射以及熒邀芝樂光成像);
新型核信息分析儀器的開發新型(PGNAA技術,X熒喇酷慨虹光技術,雷射誘導等);
輻射防護材料拜和巴(高性能多孔結構陶瓷的製備,高性能複合禁止材料的製備,高熵陶瓷材料)。
