FemaBaabservedintheGalacticSenateduringthefinaldaysoftheRepublic.ShewasoneofthemanyloyalistSenatorswhoenthusiasticallygreetedthereturningChancellorPalpatinefollowinghisliberationfromseparatistcaptureduringtheBattleofCoruscant.

在共和國時代末期，費瑪·巴布是銀河議會成員。科洛桑戰役期間，帕爾帕廷議長一度被分離勢力綁架。他被解救後，許多忠誠者議員熱情地恭候議長回歸。費瑪·巴布就是其中之一。

來自巴吉剋星區的費瑪·巴布是一名相對年輕、缺乏經驗的議員，也是帕爾帕廷議長最忠誠的支持者之一。她以外交和消除派別隔閡的名義，企圖與貝爾·奧加納議員、蒙·莫思瑪議員等批評帕爾帕廷政府的人共事。她從未真正融入這個圈子，因為有些人相信她是議長的間諜。

幕後製作

Duringpreproduction,beforemanyoftheancillarycharactersofEpisodeIIIweregivenpropernames,thedesignsofFemaBaabweresimplyidentifiedas"FemaleSenator."Thisbecamethebasisofhername.ShewasplayedbyOliveLeviinthefilm.

前期製作時，《第三集》里的許多配角都已被賦予了合適的名字，但費瑪·巴布的設計還只是被稱為“女性議員”。這成了她名字的基礎。在電影裡，她由奧利芙·利瓦伊扮演。
