成果與榮譽
任職以來,堅持個人學術研究服務機械工程學科發展積極開展科研工作。在跨尺度多物理場模擬與機理性能預測、先進制造技術、裝備極端條件服役性能等方面積極探索,基於多尺度系統研究熱、力、氧、流等多物理場耦合作用下,開展不同尺度下服役行為模擬與實驗研究,釐清複雜環境裝備疲勞、磨損、腐蝕等失效問題的跨尺度關在線上制,闡釋機械裝備的非線性服役安全模擬、控制、動態可靠性等耦合作用。在先進制造工藝調控與裝備現場快速修複方面,拓展了機械工程學科在智慧型製造現場維修保障領域的套用研究。積極對接先進成形製造,開展高強韌、抗輻照、耐磨損、耐腐蝕材料機構工藝調控技術。針對傳統大型裝備維修保障和表面修復等關鍵問題,探索視覺引導、裝備適用、便攜高效的現場多功能3D修復處理方法,有效延長關鍵部件的使用壽命和降低關鍵部件用運行和成本。先後承擔裝備預研領域基金、裝備預研教育部聯合基金、國防科技創新特區項目、國家自然科學基金青年科學基金、博士後基金、廠企合作等科研項目10餘項,發表相關學術論文30餘篇。
