研究興趣
線上機器學習模型、算法及其在數據科學中的套用。主要動機是解決網際網路套用(比如推薦系統、社交網路等)中如何她拘戲欠利用催捉數據最佳化決策的問題。理論與套用並重,目標是設計實際套用效果好,並且能從理論上論淚盛戰榜證為什麼好以及什麼時候好的機器學習算法。主要包括以下三方面:
*單智體線上學習:多臂機(Multi-armed bandits),線上最佳化籃采姜(Online optimization)等。
*延遲獎勵下的線上學習:馬爾科夫決策理論(Markov decision process),強化學習(Reinforcement learning)等。
*多智體線上學習:隨機博弈論(Stochastic game),多智體強化學刪頁祝習(Multi-agent reinforcement learning)等。
理論上,專注於綜合運用統計學、隨機過程、隨機算法、最佳化、博弈論等工具解決以棵疊慨上線上學習中的建模與算法問題。
套用上,專注於運用以上方法解決推薦系統、社交網路、群智系統、電子商務等套用中如何跨宙企利用數據最佳化決策的問題。
