《視聽說教程2(第2版)(教師手冊)》主要內容:《新世紀大學英語視聽說教材》的宗旨是“還課堂教學以本來面貌”,追求“教有實效、學有實效”,使每一節課都能收到語言教學的實效。
本教材把交際功能、題材、情景有機地結合在一起,注意題材體裁的多樣性、語言材料的真實性、練習的趣味性,同時重視圖文設計與多種媒體語言學習材料配合的綜合效果,使學習過程變得生動活潑,學生願意學、學得會。為此,教材還配套出版了電子教案和學生助學光碟,讓教師便於組織課堂教學,讓學生在課外有機會進行語言操練,這些措施改變了課堂教學僅僅是進行應試培訓的局面,著眼在切實提高學生的英語聽解能力和一定的開口說英語的能力,自從出版以來得到了使用學校師生的歡迎。
