研究方向

1.半導體氣敏材料的製備及其選擇性研究
氣體感測器在環境監測、污染監控、煤礦安全、食品檢測以及呼氣分析等領域發揮著日益重要的作用。金屬氧化物半導體氣體感測器因靈敏度高、穩定性好、結構簡單、價格便宜等特點而受到廣泛關注。但半導體氣敏材料存在著選擇性差等缺點,限制了氣體感測器在特定領域的發展和套用。課題組針對這些問題,根據半導體材料對不同氣體的氣敏機理,通過摻雜、納米組裝、功能化等技術的綜合運用,從而達到對特定氣體的選擇性檢測。相關研究成果已發表在Sens. Actuator B等相關專業雜誌上。
2.可見光催化材料的製備
環境污染和能源危機是當今世界面臨的共同問題。利用太陽能礦化有機污染物、利用太陽能分解水制氫以及利用太陽能把二氧化碳還原為有機原料,是解決上述問題的有效途徑。而有效利用太陽能實現污染物礦化、分解水制氫以及二氧化碳還原的關鍵,是可見光催化劑的製備。課題組通過金屬離子摻雜、表面敏化、貴金屬沉積以及半導體複合等方法,設計合成新型的可見光催化劑;通過催化劑帶隙結構的調節,提高可見光催化效率。相關研究成果已發表在ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces,J.Hazard.Mater.,Catal. Comm.等專業雜誌上。

學術成果

主持和參與國家自然科學基金面上項目3項、國家自然科學基金青年基金3項,主持河南省教育廳河南省科技廳鄭州市科技局項目多項。近年來,以通訊作者或第一作者在Applied Catalysis B: Environmental,ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces, J. Power Sources,Sensors and Actuators B,J.Hazard.Mater., Chem. Commun., Inorg. Chem.等刊物上發表SCI論文30餘篇,其中中科院JCR分區工程技術一區8篇,化學一區1篇。
