袁洪芬

袁洪芬，女，1980年8月出生，博士，副教授。2006年 6 月畢業於河北師範大學數學與信息科學學院獲理學碩士學位。2012年6月畢業於河北師範大學數學與信息科學學院獲理學博士學位。現任河北工程大學數理學院學術委員會委員。
