螺環哌嗪季銨鹽是我們發現的一類結構全新的鎮痛化合物,其中有兩個化合物活性很好。據最近專利報導,橋環哌嗪類化合物既具有鎮痛活性,又具有非成癮性,與螺環哌嗪季銨鹽的結構很相似。本研究以發現的兩個活性很好的化合物為先導,結合橋環哌嗪的結構特徵對其進行結構改造,可望發現鎮痛活性更強,非成癮性的化合物。然後,再開發出一類新藥
