男，工學博士。北京航空航天大學計算機學院教授，信息安全系副主任，軟體工程研究所副所長。中標軟體－北京航空航天大學聯合實驗室主任。IEICE會員，CCF高級會員，國產關鍵基礎軟硬體技術聯盟副理事長，內蒙古自治區人民政府科技顧問委員會委員。
兼任中標軟體有限公司、中標易雲信息技術有限公司副董事長，中標慧安信息技術股份有限公司、中標慧康科技有限公司董事長，慧谷研究院首席科學家，一蘭科技（北京）有限公司高級顧問。
長期從事安全可信作業系統研製及可信計算研究，主持完成了包括國家自然科學基金、國家核高基重大科技專項、國家863計畫、國家科技支撐計畫、總裝預研等在內的40餘項科研項目。作為主要技術負責人研製的中標麒麟作業系統已成為中國自主作業系統第一品牌，廣泛套用于軍民多個領域。

研究方向
（1）安全可信作業系統研製及可信計算研究；（2）可信雲與大數據；（3）北斗套用解決方案。
研究成果
研究成果獲省部級科技進步獎3項；授權發明專利40餘項；發表SCI/EI論文50餘篇；編寫出版參考教材2 本、譯著6 本，均為第一作（譯）者。1998 年赴美國IBM/Lotus 公司學習交流。2001 年赴以色列魏茨曼（Weizmann）高科技園學習交流。2013年赴澳大利亞昆士蘭科技大學（QUT）大數據實驗室做訪問學者（1年）。多次在包括東北亞開源軟體推進論壇在內的國際會議做主題演講。往年主持完成的部分科研項目有：國家863縮小數字鴻溝-西部行動專項“農牧林業科技綜合信息服務平台”；總裝備部某國防預研基金項目；國務院電子政務試點示範工程第一課題軟體質量保證平台項目；內蒙古視頻系統試點示範工程；新疆兵團“公共衛生及科技成果管理服務系統關鍵技術與套用研究”課題；內蒙古羊業科技平台。
