人物簡介
1963年5月出生,1986年3月電子科技大學電子材料與元器件專業研究生畢業後留校任教,2003年在澳大利亞、烏克蘭進修和聯合研究,2004年赴英國威爾斯大學訪問進修。自1994年以來,其研究方向一直為氧化物磁性材料與器件,在“九五”至“十二五”期間先後主持或參與總裝預研、型號、國家自然基金、教育部、省科技攻關以及橫向項目多項,參加“934”工程,已通過部級鑑定(驗收)8項。獲國家科技進步二等獎(2005年)、國防技術發明二等獎(2010年)和三等獎(2012年)、國防科技進步二等獎(2003年)、四川省科技進步一等獎(2001年)、四川省科技進步二等獎(2010年)和三等獎(2012年)各1項。申請國家發明專利20餘項,授權15項,許可實施10項。發表論文100餘篇,SCI收錄60餘篇。參加重點統編教材《磁性材料》、《電子材料導論》的編著,系中國電子學會套用磁學分會委員,教育部高校實驗室建設指導委員會委員,四川省學術技術帶頭人後備人員,《磁性材料與器件》等核心期刊編委。
研究方向:
軟磁鐵氧體材料製備及開關電源設計;
軟磁鐵氧體厚膜製備及其在NFC和WPC中的套用;
軟磁鐵氧體薄膜製備及微磁器件設計;
基於SWR效應的磁性納米薄膜製備及器件研究;
微波鐵氧體材料製備及微波磁性器件設計;
六角鐵氧體粉體、薄膜製備及器件設計。
