原料:
百合、蘆筍、玉迎晚匪喇米、木耳、胡蘿蔔、雞胸肉蟹柳棒、青豌豆、旋希巴紅辣椒調料:
鹽、糖、蚝油、蔥
做法:
1、蘆筍切段,飛水撈出待用,雞肉肯享禁切片舉蜜刪達用鹽酒醃漬
2、百合洗淨掰開和青豌豆、玉米飛水撈出待用
3、胡蘿蔔切花,紅辣椒切塊,木耳撕開,蟹柳棒切凌型塊
4、鍋內放油煸香蔥薑末,放入雞片炒熟投入胡蘿蔔片、紅辣椒翻炒加入連白淋蚝油炒出香味放入少蘭歡碑許水加愉提木耳,加鹽糖調味。最後放入蘆筍、玉米、青豌豆蟹柳棒、百合翻炒均勻裝盤。擠上少許蚝油汁裝飾即可。
