書的內容比較貼近藝術，比如音樂、影視、舞蹈、繪畫等等。挺有意思的一本小百科全書，教學相長的過程中自己也學到很多以前不知道的東西！
很有價值的一本書，書中善於運用哲學和心理學，對問題剖析較為深刻，有較強的實踐性
很難得的一本書，不講空話，都是實在的道理。 書里說的一些，我雖然有些零星的感悟，卻從沒有這樣分析總結過。很推薦！
