- 光電子器件，包括新型光學顯示器件，新型光學信息存貯器件技術
- 微納米光電器件及材料套用，包括納米螢光粉製備，套用和研究；碳納米管器件及套用研究
- 雷射物理，非線性光學套用放研究，超短雷射脈衝技術套用和研究
