人物經歷

2006年、2008年,獲浙江大學學士,碩士學位。
2015年,獲得美國維吉尼亞理工大學電力電子中心(CPES)博士學位。
2015-2019年,任美國納微半導體高級主任套用工程師,並助力氮化鎵功率器件的首度大規模產業化。
2019-2023年,在美國橡樹嶺國家實驗室任資深科學家及領域主管,期間承擔超過870萬美元的美國能源部項目。
2023年9月,加入天津大學任英才教授。
