上海師範大學音樂學院教授、博士生導師，中國心理學會音樂心理學專委會主任，中國音協音樂美學學會理事。已在國內外學術期刊發表60餘篇論文，主持和參與國家自然科學基金、美國National Science Foundation Grant (NSF) 和歐洲ERC (European Research Council) Starting Grant等多個研究項目，曾擔任Cognition, Brain and Language, Neuroscience and Biobehavioral Reviews, Physiology and Behavior, Psychophysiology, Neuropsychologia, Scientific Reports 等學術期刊的審稿人。

教育和工作經歷
1992年畢業於福建師大音樂系，獲得文學士學位；2001年畢業於中國藝術研究院研究生部，獲得文學碩士學位；2005年畢業於中央音樂學院音樂學系，獲得文學博士學位。2009年3月至2010年12月，蔣存梅博士在中國科學院心理研究所進行博士後研究。蔣存梅博士任教於上海師範大學音樂學院。
研究興趣
先天失歌症者的音高加工、音樂和言語加工的比較研究、音樂情緒和意義、音樂治療。
