人物經歷
畢業於原浙江醫科大學醫學系、1990年獲內科學血液學碩士學位、2001年獲內科學血液學博士學位。中華醫學會血液學分會青年委員，中國抗癌協會血液學分會秘書；浙江省醫學會血液學分會常委、浙江省抗癌協會血液分會副主任委員兼秘書、浙江省免疫學會血液分會副理事、浙江省醫藥衛生高層次創新人才和151培養人才。分別於1991-1992年、2000-2001年、2004年、2008年以訪問學者身份在德國呂貝克大學，洪堡大學、圖賓根大學和美國MD Anderson癌症中心進行基礎和臨床研究。
研究方向
研究惡性血液病的基礎和臨床。擅長治療急、慢白血病、多發性骨髓瘤、骨髓增生異常綜合徵、惡性淋巴瘤及再生障礙性貧血。研究白血病細胞信號傳導及發生、發病機理；研究多發性骨髓瘤生物學行為及其與細胞遺傳學和免疫逃逸的關係；研究造血幹細胞移植GVHD的發生和防治。
主要貢獻
近年來已在《Leukemia》、《Blood》、《Ann N Y Acad Sci.》、《Leukemia & Lymphoma》、《J Chin Med》和《中華血液學雜誌》等國外和國內一級刊物發表論文60餘篇。承擔國家自然科學基金、省自然科學基金、衛生部專項基金和教育部博士點專項基金、省科技廳重點和衛生廳等10餘項課題。從事腫瘤細胞癌基因表達，化療藥物的機理以及有關細胞趨化因子和造血幹細胞等血液學相關的基礎和臨床研究。近年來已在國外和國內一級刊物發表論文60餘篇。承擔國家自然科學基金、教育部、衛生部、省自然科學基金、省科技廳重點和衛生廳等10餘項課題。
