科研/教育經歷
2006年獲得北京大學固體電子學與微電子學專業博士學位。隨後在韓國三星電子存儲器研發中心任高級研究員,從事先進非揮發性存儲器架構和工藝研究。2009年,加入北京大學微電子學研究院,任副教授,教授。
2018年1月5日,入選2017年度“長江學者獎勵計畫”青年學者建議人選名單。
主要研究方向
研究領域為先進存儲器、柔性電子器件、神經形態器件及類腦晶片技術。
研究成果概況
主持國家重大專項、863課題、自然基金委項目等十餘項國家級項目,在國內外專業期刊和會議上發表論文百餘篇,獲得中國發明專利授權20餘項,美國專利授權十多項,部分成果已被國際半導體發展路線圖(ITRS)採用以及被中芯國際積體電路製造公司共享使用。任《積體電路系列叢書》、《積體電路工業全書》編委,IEEE Electron Device Letters、 IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices 等專業期刊評審人。
