周氏，又名三公子、不寒。
浙江寧波人，長於蘇州。以詩詞、散文聞名於早期中文網路，早在ACT時代被文友譽為“六大家”（百合、蓮波、散宜生、嚎、圖雅、方舟子），詩壇笑笑生稱其為網路詩詞史上第一個廣播聲名的作者，活躍於網路的時期大約是在1994年到1996年她留學美國芝加哥期間，1996年7月貼出離網告示，從此不見蹤跡，據聞後已回國在浙江某小城教書。其作品《蓮波詞話》、《蓮波散語》、《蓮舟唱和集》等散見於網路，新語絲收集有蓮波作品集。

蓮波
周氏，又名三公子、不寒。
蓮波的玩笑之作——西曲《綠袖》、《斯卡布羅集市》的詩經體譯詞，網上廣為流傳，和菜頭譽之為蓮波體，此後網路紛現“詩經體”“離騷體”歌曲，其源頭即在於此。
據蓮波的文章和新語絲採訪，蓮波出自紹興周氏（此女是魯爺本家），祖父為紹興人，49後滯留于海外，父生長於寧波，後定居於蘇州，本人成長於蘇州，留學美國芝加哥。和菜頭曾到海外論壇向骨灰級網友詢問蓮波的下落，據聞已回國在浙江某小城教書。

1995年《新語絲》電子採訪——蓮波這名字，對於經常光顧中文網的網友來說，應該是不陌生的。此女是魯爺本家，長於天堂，南人北相，剛烈執拗。少時枕河而眠，及長枕書而眠，如今枕電腦而眠。在這煙火紛飛的中文網中，縱橫馳騁，力戰群雄，令眾多網客對她刮目相看。《新語絲》編輯灰人對蓮波進行了一次電子採訪，請她回答了一些網客所關心的問題。
