董明皓，男，博士，人體效能增強組PI，研究領域：人體效能增強。基於神經影像、腦機接口、人工智慧和大數據、認知神經科學、神經工程、軟體工程及機械工程等交叉學科技術，面向特種行業人員，實現人體效能-1到0的補充、0到1的生成和1到N的增強。
曾獲河南省醫學科技獎（2020年，第二完成人）、陝西省優秀博士論文（2016年）、美國針灸協會“傑出青年科學家獎（基礎科學類）”獎（2013年，獨立完成人）、陝西省自然科學獎二等獎（2011年，第八完成人）。任中國認知學會神經與精神影像專委會第一屆委員、河南省男科基礎與臨床研究院士工作站特聘研究員、國際期刊Frontiers in Brain Imaging Methods（SCI二區）副主編（Associative Editor）。
主持研發了國內首套“基於腦機接口技術的特種行業人員增強設備”，實現商業轉化、並套用於相關單位；主持研發的“基於大數據的智慧型輔助診斷系統”已經在三家三甲醫院實現商業轉化、服務於國家重大生殖健康疾病的臨床診療。
