葉麗虹， 女。1997年畢業於日本群馬大學醫學部分子藥理專業，獲醫學博士學位（M.D., Ph.D.）。現任南開大學生命科學學院教授，博士生導師，南開大學及天津市特聘教授，蛋白質生化研究室主任。中國抗癌協會腫瘤標誌物專業委員會委員。國家863計畫、自然科學基金和教育部留學回國基金等項目評審專家。美國《The Open Translational Medicine Journal》雜誌編委，《生物化學與生物物理學進展》和《細胞生物學雜誌》等論文審稿人。日本群馬大學客座研究員。大連醫科大學和承德醫學院客座教授。

1983年畢業於中國醫科大學醫療系本科，1989獲得醫學碩士學位後任大連醫科大學講師，1992年赴日本群馬大學攻讀博士學位（文部省獎學金資助），1997獲醫學博士學位。在日本學術振興會（JSPS）獎學金資助下做博士後兩年，之後就職於日本理化學研究所任研究員。2000年底辭職，以“引進人才”到南開大學任教授，新組建蛋白質生化研究室。回國後先後主持國家自然科學基金5項（在研2項）、天津市科技發展計畫重點項目（3項）和教育部基金（2項）。參加973項目1項(骨幹)和國家自然科學基金2項。培養博士後1人，培養博士生7人，碩士生17人。已獲得國家發明專利2項，申請國家發明專利11項。在Genbank登入新基因2個。2005年在天津市“巾幗發明家”活動中獲“優秀髮明者”稱號,2007年榮獲天津市智慧財產權系統“十大女傑”稱號，2008年在天津市“巾幗發明家”活動中獲“巾幗發明家創新獎”稱號。承擔博士生《分子生物學前沿講座》和碩士生《高級生化II》的必修課程，擔任本科生《生命科學前沿講座》。迄今在國際權威雜誌PNAS和JBC等雜誌上發表論文120篇，其中SCI論文40篇，總影響因子大於100，他人引用總計200餘次。應美國Nova科學出版社邀請，編寫並出版B型肝炎病毒專著2部。多次應邀在國內外學術會議上作大會發言，並。
