葉煥倬，中南財經政法大學信息與安全工程學院信息系系副主任，博士、博士後、系統分析員、高級程式設計師、國際商務師、碩導，武漢大學科研教授，講授課程是 程式設計語言、信息科學前沿、計算機網路技術、人工智慧與專家系統、專業綜合設計。

學習階段
1986年免試保送武漢大學，
1986-1990年就讀於武漢大學國際金融管理專業，
1990年取得經濟學學士學位。
2001年通過全國公開考試，考取統招統分、全日制、公費博士研究生，
2001-2004年就讀於武漢大學測繪遙感信息工程國家重點實驗室，
2004年取得工學博士學位。
工作階段
1990-1996年就職於中國抽紗湖北進出口公司，從事國際貿易，
1994年通過考試取得中國首批認證的國際商務師資格。
1996-1998年就職於歐洲Evertop Ltd. Co. Sp. z o. o.，擔任公司經理。1
998-1999年在投資公司從事資本營運、資產重組等工作，擔任投資經理。
1999-2000年在香港太平洋資訊公司從事軟體開發和項目管理工作，任系統分析員。
2000-2001就職於Network-1 Security Solutions (China) Limited，任華中區經理兼首席技術代表。
2004年起在中南財經政法大學任教，同時受聘於武漢大學，擔任科研教授。
2005年通過公開評審獲得國家留學基金委全額留學資助，
2006-2007年於德國柏林工業大學完成博士後研究。
