葉昕(中國科學院研究生院博士導師)

葉昕，中國科學院研究生院博士，博士生導師，研究員，2005年中科院“百人計畫”入選者，1984年畢業於廈門大學生物系，獲生物化學學士學位。

簡介

1987年畢業於中國科學院上海細胞生物學研究所，獲細胞生物學碩士學位。1987年進入中國醫學科學院北京腫瘤研究所攻讀博士學位，1990年獲醫學博士學位。自1994年以來，先後在Rockefeller University, Columbia University, University of Illinois at Chicago做博士後以及在Baylor Medical College 和 Harvard Medical School任講師。在Science,Neuron,PNAS, MCB, JBC等國際一流雜誌上發表論文十餘篇，並被廣泛引用。2005年9月回國，任中國科學院微生物研究所研究員。

研究內容

目前主要致力於研究細胞周期中信號傳遞的分子機制。細胞內有一個嚴格的信號傳遞系統調控機制，使細胞周期能有條不紊地依次進行。病原微生物如病毒、細菌感染宿主細胞後將干擾細胞內的信號傳遞系統而引起細胞壞死、細胞自溶和細胞凋亡等反映，最終導致機體的各種病變。通過對病原微生物與宿主細胞相互作用的生物學特性研究，清楚了解重要宿主因子與病毒結構蛋白相互結合及作用機理，了解其在感染和致病中的作用，為病原微生物的防治方案及相應疫苗的開發提供指導。 承擔課題: 科技部國家重點攻關項目“禽流感病毒感染機理及新型治療米抗體的研究”。
