萊利亞理工學院（葡萄牙文：Politécnico de Leiria，英文：Polytechnic University of Leiria），簡稱IPL，成立於1980年，位於葡萄牙的萊里亞區。學校共有五個校區，分布在萊里亞、卡爾達斯達賴尼亞和佩尼謝市。
萊利亞理工學院是葡萄牙最優秀的理工大學之一。學校由教育與社會學院、科技與管理學院、醫療健康管理學院、藝術與設計學院、旅遊與海洋技術學院組成。 萊利亞理工學院擁有11000名學生、900名教師以及300名行政管理人員。
萊利亞理式學院開設48個本科專業，49個碩士專業，還提供綜合性多學科課程：藝術與設計、商學和法律、教育和通訊、工程與技術、健康和旅遊。 為了給學生提供最好的教學條件，萊利亞理工學院已投資於現代化的食堂、餐廳、住房、醫療服務、露營和娛樂，並為學生提供支援服務與社會支持、心理支持和教育心理學培訓。
不斷創新，專注教學質量。 IPL持續通過內部與外部結合的審核系統，並由專業評估機構評估並取得A3ES認證。注重科技與實踐的緊密聯合，2013年，IPL應屆畢業生就業率在葡萄牙持續排名領先。
2014年開始，萊利亞理工學院與中國國際教育研究院開展全面的國際關係合作，合作內容主要包括國際學校訪問，教師培訓進修以及CIE全球交換生項目。萊利亞理工學院將為中國國際教育研究院合作院校的學生，提供優質的教育資源和豐富的高等教育課程。

國際化
萊利亞理工學院是葡萄牙著名的公立大學，也是葡萄牙最早被中國國務院教育部認可的葡國高校。為了發展大學國際化進程，IPL與中國國際教育研究院、澳門理工大學、川外成都學院以及世界各國優秀大學開展合作，如紐約州立大學，韓國國立教育大學， 加拿大魁北克大學等。
北京大學、北京外國語大學、北京語言大學、上海外國語大學、廣州外國語大學，西安外國語大學、台灣輔仁大學以及四川外國語大學等國內一流名校均紛紛開設葡語相關專業。其中教學開展最早，水平最高的澳門理工大學和北京語言大學均早在2008年就與萊利亞理工學院開展交流學習項目，並與IPL成為友好合作院校，在對外葡語教育方面保持全球領先水平。除此之外，萊利亞理工學院與中華人民共和國外交部也開展了多方面合作，並於2008年10月15日在校園內建立葡萄牙國內唯一一所中國語言文化中心。

校區
校區1 ： 教育與社會科學學院（ESECS）致力於研究人文和社會科學，通信和教師培訓。 學院擁有約1700名學生。
校區2：位於萊利亞市，有2個學院。 分別是：科技與管理學院（ESTG）,醫療健康管理學院（ESSLei）。
ESTG提供工程科技課程，創業課程和法律科學。 ESTG 以其優越的教學質量以及和各國知名企業的強烈連結而得到廣泛認可。該學院擁有約5600名學生。
ESSLei 是2001年創立的，用於培訓護士並在逐步拓展到其他醫療健康領域的培訓。擁有約800名學生。
校區3： IPL第三個校區位於Caldas da Rainha，在萊利亞市南部約60公里處。藝術與設計學院（ESAD.CR）位於這個校區。 Caldas da Rainha是一個熱情的城市，擁有豐富的藝術遺產。 ESAD.CR是藝術和設計領域的知名院校。 擁有獲得眾多國家和世界級獎項的學生和教師。 學院有約1200名學生。 ESAD.CR特色的教學方法注重個人發展，創新，項目執行力，以及激發進取的精神。
