2008.06畢業於南京理工大學,材料科學與工程專業工學博士學位;
2008.07-至今江南大學食品學院食品酶學課題組工作;
2014.09-2015.08美國普渡大學食品科學系訪問學者。

本科生“食品化學”、“食品化學實驗”;國際留學生“Food Chemistry”。
