華長春，男，1979年6月出生，畢業於燕山大學，燕山大學電氣工程學院副院長，燕山大學自動化系教授，博士生導師，長江學者特聘教授，國家優秀青年科學基金獲得者，國家傑出青年科學基金獲得者，國家“萬人計畫”青年拔尖人才。“洪堡學者”，全國優秀博士論文提名獎獲得者。

現任中國共產主義青年團河北省委員會副書記（兼職）。
