主要從事海洋浮游生物分子生態學及功能基因組學研究工作。
- mRNA剪接前導序列在海洋橈足類中的普適性與特異性。
2.利用組學技術研究浮游生物對環境變化的回響及適應機制:(1)浮游植物對營養鹽的吸收同化機制、細胞周期及其調控;(2)橈足類對環境污染物的分子回響機制。
3.利用DNA條形碼技術研究:(1)浮遊動植物生物多樣性;(2)橈足類現場食物多樣性及其攝食習性。
