1. 量子點等低維半導體材料的製備;
2. 納米結構半導體的光學性質;
3. 光子晶體特性研究。
學術成果
在國內外著名學術刊物發表各類學術論文60多篇‚包括多個國際著名刊物‚如 Appl. Phys. Lett.‚ Optics Express‚ J. Phys. D‚J. MicroElectro-Mechanical Systems等。申請國家發明專利十餘項‚已獲授權6項。參加了國家重大科學研究計畫項目(973 項目)、主持了國家自然科學基金等多項國家與省部級項目以及國家重點實驗室開放基金項目。

1.國家自然科學基金項目:表面等離激元與半導體微腔的耦合及其對激子極化激元單光子與雙光子自發輻射的調控研究(2013-2016)。
