范吉陽

范吉陽,東南大學教授。1996年山東大學光學系本科畢業,2001年中國科學院理論物理研究所碩士畢業,2006年南京大學物理系獲理學博士學位。

人物經歷

1996年山東大學光學系本科畢業,2001年中國科學院理論物理研究所碩士畢業,2006年南京大學物理系獲理學博士學位。多次赴香港城市大學物理與材料科學系從事學術訪問(Research Fellow)。

研究方向

主要從事半導體納米材料物理方面的研究。
半導體納米晶體的電子結構和光學性質;複合納米結構和納米晶薄膜的製備和光學性質;金屬表面等離激元及其螢光增強效應;納米線的發光性質和電子場發射效應;半導體量子點螢光標記。

主要貢獻

在Physical Review Letters、Small、Applied Physics Letters等國際學術期刊上所發表論文已被他引340餘篇次。2006年為材料學綜述期刊Progress in Materials Science撰寫關於碳化矽納米材料的綜述,2010年在Small上發表關於IV族半導體量子點的綜述。第三屆國際納電子學會議(IEEE INEC 2010)地方組委會成員。Adv. Funct. Mater.、Small、Nanoscale、J. Appl. Phys.、Chem. Commun.、J. Phys. Chem.等期刊審稿人。2011年為美國ACS Petroleum Research Fund 評審基金。目前主持國家自然科學基金面上項目、教育部高等學校博士學科點專項科研基金項目和東南大學優秀青年教師資助計畫項目等。
