內容簡介
語調是言語交際中的重要語言現象，包含豐富的語言、副語言以及非語言信息。在本書中，作者主要針對目前英、漢語語調音系研究中尚存的主要問題從理論和實證兩個方面展開論述，在此基礎上對英、漢語調音系的結構與表征提出了自己的見解，並對二者之間的異同做了系統對比。
英語語調的研究主要在理論評析的基礎上，結合對實際語料的觀察對現有英語語調錶征體系提供修改。漢語語調研究則主要通過發音、聽辯實驗及語料觀察等途徑，針對目前研究中的主要問題展開探討。
作者簡介
陳虎，1977年生，湖北隨州人。1998年畢業於中國人民解放軍外國語學院英語系，同年考取該院英語語言文學專業碩士研究生、2001年獲碩士學位。之後考取該院英語語言文學專業博士研究生，師從嚴辰松教授學習英漢對比研究，2005年獲博士學位，並留校任教。現為該院英語系副教授。已在中國外語類核心期刊與國際會議發表論文十餘篇，參與國家自然基金項目1項。
