製作:先將青芥辣用芥辣油開稀備用,西芹飛水炒底,吊片飛水花枝膠拉油備用,料頭起鍋落吊片,花枝膠炒香埋芡後再放調好的青芥辣收火炒勻即可上盤(注意青芥辣遇熱會揮發芥辣味).
