該纖維,可以有效防止造假者用印刷細線的方式仿冒普通有色纖維和單根單色螢光纖維的視覺效果。由於印刷套色很難準確到微米級別,因此造假者無法用印刷細線的方式模仿添加了該種纖維的防偽紙張,解決了單根單色纖維的不足之處。消費者可以用以下兩種方法辨別:
a、撕開紙張或用針挑出纖維直接觀察,每一根纖維上都有多種顏色。b、兩種色段交接處不會產生錯位,若有錯位,可判定為假冒。
Multi-color security fiber: The fibers can be added in the paper pulp to making the security paper. There are more than one color or one anti-counterfeit feature on a fiber which can be made by customer's order. The colors and their rank is a feature of specificity for the product’s packaging which is made by the paper with security fiber.
Some people print short line on the paper to counterfeit the security fiber. But using the following methods, it is easy to differentiate the multi-color security fiber in the paper and the short line which is printed on the paper:
a. To tear the paper or to extract the fiber from the paper using the needle, there are two(or more) colors on a fiber. b. To watch the connection of the two colors in the short line(or the fiber) on the paper, there is no malposition or breakpoint on the fiber, but the short line which is printed is different, because the print technology level is not enough to make so high accuracy prints.

造紙用防偽短纖維長度1-10毫米,直徑20-100微米,具體分為三大類:(1)可見短纖維:又稱有色短纖維,自然光下可見,顏色隨意;(2)不可見短纖維:又稱隱形短纖維、螢光短纖維,紫外燈照射下發出各色螢光;(3)色譜短纖維、複合短纖維、異形短纖維、多色段DNA色譜防偽短纖維:在一根纖維上複合多種防偽功能,可根據客戶需要定製顏色組合、色段長度、纖維形狀。
紙張是印刷各種包裝的物質基礎,一些採用特殊工藝製造的專用紙具有防偽特點,在專用紙張中採用的防偽技術之一就是防偽短纖維。防偽短纖維的使用方法有兩種,一是在造紙過程中將紅、藍、綠、棕色等彩色短纖維、各種螢光短纖維摻入紙漿內,二是在紙張未定型前或塗布膠水後將防偽短纖維撒在紙張表面,在自然光或紫外燈照射下即有不同效果色光或螢光反射。
Anti-counterfeit fiber(anti-forgery fiber, anti-clone fiber, authentication fiber, tracing and tracking fiber, anti-theft fiber, traceability fiber, security fiber):
The fiber's length is between 1 millimeter and 10 millimeters, it's diameter is between 20 micrometers and 100 micrometers. There are three major types of the fibers: 1, Visible security fiber (such as red, green, blue, also called visible fiber). 2, Invisible security fiber (also called colorless UV fluorescent security fiber), it can fluoresce(such as red, green, blue) under the ultraviolet light. 3, Composite fiber: There are more than one anti-counterfeit features on a fiber which can be made by customer's order.
The paper is usually used to make the packaging of products. Sometimes the paper of the packaging need to be added some anti-counterfeit features. To add the security fiber in the paper pulp is a effective method to make the anti-counterfeit paper, another method is to distribute the fiber on the surface of the paper which is covered by the glue. It is very difficult to counterfeit the packaging which is made by the paper with security fibers.
