《船用水線漆通用技術條件》是由廣州制漆廠起草的關於“船用水線漆通用技術”的條件要求，經中國石油和化學工業聯合會和全國塗料和顏料標準化技術委員會審核，該方案於1988年發布，自1989年元月一日起生效並實施。該方案目前已廢止。
