根據國家軍用標準GJB17.18-84標準製作。符合GJB17.18,MIL-W-186C22759D,81381A,ISOR1220,1491試驗標準。試樣兩端固定並垂直置於三面是金屬板的金屬罩中。點燃噴燈,使藍色內錐的尖端在距試樣下端20mm處,與試樣表面相接觸。

試樣與水平面成水平或成60°傾斜。
