[4] 1994年4月至今，任職於湖南大學工商管理學院，副教授

[5] 2000年12月，畢業於湖南大學國際商學院，獲管理學碩士學位，碩士導師：陳收教授

[6] 2006年11月-2007年10月，英國諾丁漢大學商學院訪問學者

[7] 2008年5月，畢業於湖南大學工商管理學院管理科學與工程專業，獲管理學博士學位，博士導師：陳收教授

[8] 2012年12月，從湖南大學工商管理專業博士後科研流動站出站，獲工商管理專業博士後，導師：汪壽陽 教授
