一直從事生物信息學和系統生物學在藥物開發中的套用研究，參與了中國、德國、美國以及日本等國多個橫向和縱向的交叉學科科研項目的科學研究和商業軟體開發。在國內外知名刊物上發表科學論文20多篇，其中10多篇在國際性刊物上發表，被科學引文索引（SCI）收錄10多篇。多次受邀作為國際刊物《Journal of Chemical Information and Modeling》和《Chemometrics and Intelligent Laboratory Systems》的審稿人。
