個人經歷
1993年7月—1996年8月在中國科技大學工作。1996年9月—1997年3月任日本新能源產業技術綜合開發機構(NEDO)大阪大學最先端技術領域研究員。1997年4月—1998年3月任日本大阪大學工學部電気工學研究科外國人客員研究員。1998年4月—2001年3月大阪大學工學部電気工學研究科攻讀博士學位, 2001年3月獲大阪大學工學博士學位。2001年4月—2001年11月任大阪大學工學部電気工學研究科博士後研究員。2001年11月—2004年3月任大阪大學工學部電気工學研究科助理教授。2003年入選中國科學院“百人計畫”，現任中國科學院理化技術研究所研究員，博士生導師。
研究領域
光電功能晶體材料的結構設計，樣品製備，晶體生長，結構解析，性能測試等方面的研究。
