肖成梁,博士,浙江大學“百人計畫”研究員,博士生導師。2006年畢業於中國地質大學(北京)材料科學與工程學院獲學士學位;2011年畢業於浙江大學化學工程與生物工程學系獲博士學位;2012-2014年在中國科學院高能物理研究所從事博士後工作;2014-2018年在蘇州大學放射醫學與輻射防護國家重點實驗室核能環境化學研究中心工作;2016-2017年在美國西北大學化學系從事訪問學者工作;2019年1月入職浙江大學化學工程與生物工程學院工業生態與環境研究所。

肖成梁,博士,浙江大學“百人計畫”研究員,博士生導師。2006年畢業於中國地質大學(北京)材料科學與工程學院獲學士學位;2011年畢業於浙江大學化學工程與生物工程學系獲博士學位;2012-2014年在中國科學院高能物理研究所從事博士後工作;2014-2018年在蘇州大學放射醫學與輻射防護國家重點實驗室核能環境化學研究中心工作;2016-2017年在美國西北大學化學系從事訪問學者工作;2019年1月入職浙江大學化學工程與生物工程學院工業生態與環境研究所。主要從事環境污染控制及資源循環、環境放射化學以及核化工等研究工作。目前,在Nat. Commun、J. Am. Chem. Soc.和Environ. Sci. Technol.等本領域主流期刊上發表學術論文50餘篇,引用1000餘次,其中4篇ESI熱點論文/高被引論文。主持國家自然科學基金、省自然科學基金和博士後基金特別資助等項目十餘項。受邀擔任J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.和Environ. Sci. Technol.等數十個國際著名SCI期刊的特約審稿人。擔任期刊Chinese Chemical Letters青年編委和Journal of Applied Solution Chemistry and Modeling編委。2016年入選蘇州市高等院校、科研院所緊缺高層次人才。2018年榮獲江蘇省高校自然科學成果二等獎。。

研究方向
本課題組(環境配位化學課題組)主要研究環境功能材料(如金屬有機框架材料、離子交換材料、高效萃取材料、選擇結晶材料、超分子材料和納米材料等)與典型污染物(包括含氧酸陰離子、放射性核素和重金屬離子等)在分子水平上的作用機制;通過光譜、同步輻射技術、單晶X-射線衍射技術、高分辨電鏡技術和理論計算等先進表征手段的耦合,清晰闡釋作用過程中的成鍵、結構和反應等特性;目的在於為環境污染控制、乏燃料後處理、化工分離和資源循環等提供解決方案。具體研究方向包括:
1、陰離子污染控制化學
2、核燃料循環過程中關鍵放射性核素的選擇分離
3、複雜環境體系中有毒有害金屬的清潔分離技術
4、稀土、稀有和貴金屬等關鍵性戰略資源的綠色提取回收
5、分離過程中新材料新介質新概念新方法的探索
